I strive to practice from the lens of what has happened to you, rather than what is wrong with you. My approach to therapy is through the mind, body connection. What is known and what research supports is that oftentimes our trauma can be stored in the cognitive, but also within the body, which can manifest in a myriad of ways. I seek to integrate the brain and body to support healing. I work with the mind to target the areas of the brain that store our trauma experiences and regulate and re-frame, as well as engage the body in discharging of energy.
